Thank you to all our visitors this summer and this fall. For letting us get to know and visit with you. To all of our hunters, and beautiful musically gifted friends. Your are a testament to us all. To our missionaries friends and the many wonderful stories that they shared with us. And for giving us the gospel message of salvation. And He said to them," Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Mark 16:15  A big thank you to James Scott for his powerful messages during the time he was preaching here and the experiences that he shared with us. I think of them often. May God Bless you in all things. To all, have a  great God filled day.

Welcomes Homeward Bound Trio.
The trio has ministered through gospel music for over 27 years. Their love for singing the gospel and sharing words of testimony has taken them to many churches.

You might be asking what does all this have to do with missions.......
O.R "Benny Delmar was one of the most influential church planters in Southern
Baptist history. He sowed churches wherever he traveled. Lending a hand wherever
he could.  Sometimes he was  even know as a Shirt-Pocket missionary.

Benny Delmar came from a pastorate in Arizona in 1951 to help organize the First Southern Baptist of Casper, Wyoming. One of the earliest SBC of the northern plains area ( Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota) nearest church was over 400 miles away.

For more than 60 years Oliver Raymond Delmar known as'' Benny ''Delmar started
Southern Baptist Churches, more than 140 of them in the Northern Plains plus more in Oklahoma, Arizona and Canada.

Benny was often referred to as the last of the "suitcase missionaries" when he began his ministry in Arizona before moving to Wyoming. He traveled as much as  70,000 miles a year and was preaching in as many as 5 location on Sunday.
This year state mission offering goal is 90,000.

Fall Mornings

Each fall morning is a reminder that winter will soon be arriving. Here in the valley families are busy with a new school year, football games and volleyball. Making the most of the remaining hours in a day. Take time each morning before the start of your busy day to read and reflect on God's word in prayer. To everyone, have a God Bless filled day.

FBC 5-Year Missions Giving

For the last 5 1/2 years I've served as pastor, I've been truly blessed and excited about the amount of money we've given to missions.  This includes LCMO & AAEO mission offerings, Christmas Eve special offerings, & Gideons.
The grand 5 year total:  over $8,900.  Wow!  It's great to be part of such a giving church.  Many lives have been changed and encouraged by our giving.  Keep up the great work.

Thank you to all who gave.  Our goal was $400 and we collected $315 which is awesome.  This offering combined with other SBC churches, goes directly to the field where our church planting missionaries serve across the USA & Canada.

Christ's Death & Resurrection

As we celebrate the season, remember it's not about bunnies or eggs, but Jesus Christ and His great love for you on the cross and that because He lives you and I can face tomorrow.  If you desire the hope of forgiveness, grace, mercy, and hope of eternal life with Him in heaven, then just ask Him through a simple ABC prayer:
A - Admit that you are sinner in need of God's forgiveness.
B - Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for you to forgive you.
C- Confess your sins to Jesus and ask Him to come into your life to change you and help you live for Him.
If you prayed that prayer, I encourage you to speak with a pastor of a local church that believes and preaches this message and be baptized, and get involved with a church family to help you grow in your walk with Christ.

March Into Missions

We are excited again this year to pray and give to our North American Missionaries.  Many of them serve as church planters and catalysts through our North American Mission Board and serve all across the country starting churches and reaching communities with the love Jesus Christ.
Our annual Annie Armstrong Easter Offering we will collect this month goes directly to the mission field to support our church planting missionaries.  Our church goal this year is:  $400.  Pray how you would give to support this vital ministry.
Also, on Sunday mornings we will be viewing video clips of our missionaries and see how our money serves and supports their ministry.  Sunday nights we will focus on study and prayer time for our missionaries.  We invite anyone who would like to learn more and pray for our missionaries.
